The Senate has postponed their vote until after the 4th of July! This is good news and gives us more time to act! This is by no means a victory yet...but we do have more time to have our voices heard!
You are calling, emailing, showing up, sharing your stories - and it is working! The Senate has delayed the health care vote until after the July 4th recess. This is a delay, not a defeat of this threat, and a chance to redouble our efforts to stop this bad bill for good.

It is even worse than the bill the House passed which cuts Medicaid by over $830 billion. The Senate bill makes even deeper cuts in the Medicaid program by lowering the cap and adding penalties for states that provide more generous benefits. The Senate bill also allows states to waive health care
