Registration and stipends are now open!
First things first folks…REGISTER FOR THE CONFERENCE!
Before hotel stipend can be approved You must register online for the conference, make sure to put “The Arc of Northeast Mississippi “ in the line where it asks which organization you are with. ( payment for registration to conference must be paid at time of registration) .
Once registered, call the hotel at (601) 957-2800 to reserve your room (make sure to mention you are attending the conference) when your room is reserved they will give you a confirmation number. WE NEED THIS NUMBER!
If you need an accessible room please mention it when registering and contact the LIFE office at (601) 969-4009 for assistance and arrangements.
Once the appropriate steps have been completed..fill out the stipend form on line (this is a request for stipend)
Lastly.. submit a note of your registration and your hotel confirmation number to me so I can pair it with your Arc membership and send the information to Jackson for approval.
If the steps are followed correctly our stipends will be approved and things should run smoothly.
PLEASE NOTE: if you interested in respite room for children, registration should be done at this time…slots fill up quickly so please do not delay!
ALSO…Conference buddy’s are available to assist with various duties to help individuals with disabilities and are willing to help! In order to cover services needed in an efficient manner please request a conference buddy at the time of registration
We have a list of current Arc members that will be matched with hotel confirmations and stipends.
This information will be sent to Jackson and all of our members at The Arc of Northeast Mississippi in good standing will be reviewed for approval!
NOTE: Stipends are for two nights at the hotel..the 5th and 6th, the pre conference game night, a full service lunch during conference day on the 6th, and an exciting evening of dancing and a hot hors D’oeuvres buffet! This is a substantial savings that we appreciate. We would also like to mention our appreciation for all of the hard work that the planning organizations have done to make this conference so eventful and would like to offer a note of thanks for including us in such a wonderful opportunity!

Our members at the Arc of Northeast Mississippi will have a “special” agenda emailed to them prior to the conference with a few additional events added for those interested. We also set a group picture time!
New tshirts are available for purchase soon and we are offering a “discounted” conference rate of $12.00 per shirt. Make sure to mention conference rate when ordering and call with your size and color (orange or purple) to assure your SHIRTS WILL BE IN BY CONFERENCE!
